It was such a joy to partner with Arielle and Jason as their Month-Of Coordinator. Every interaction with them was genuine and met with ease and such calm. Their love and devotion to one another was so apparent and refreshing to witness. Their focus to ensure their wedding day was a reflection of their relationship was unmatched. From the numerous personal ceremonial touches down to the Filipino catering and reception money dance, their wedding day was one of true personal connection which made executing their dream day one I greatly treasured!

 

As their Month-Of Coordinator, I was able to partner with Arielle and Jason during their final countdown, asking the tough questions that easily get overlooked, helping finalize their timeline, further communicating with all vendors prior to their wedding day. As I stepped in during the final month, I was able to ensure no detail was overlooked, allowing their wedding day to flow according to plan, providing the bride and groom the freedom to be fully present as their dream day unfolded.

 

This meant that on their wedding day when a specific vendor was running late, stuck in traffic, the bride, groom, nor their family had to spend even a second stressing about this vendors delayed arrival. I was able to carry the weight, continuously communicating with this vendor, ensuring their arrival was met with specific items setup in advance to best prepare for their delay. The bride and groom were not aware of this detail on their wedding day...honestly, unless they read this note, they still don't even know about this minor hiccup - and in my opinion, that's exactly how it should be! The bride and groom should have the freedom to simply be present on their wedding day; they should not have a single worry except keeping one foot in front of the other as they walk down the aisle. 

 

This historic venue was the hidden gem that brought their wedding dreams to life. No detail was overlooked and every vendor, guest, and family member was able to fully soak in the day, walking away with memories to treasure for a lifetime.
