D A Y - O F C O O R D I N A T O R
Complete day-of wedding management + execution for up to 10 hours total on your wedding day, including:

Execution of the final day-of timeline​

Assisting with the physical setup and breakdown of the wedding day décor*

Greeting all wedding vendors upon arrival

Acting as point of contact for all vendors, guests, questions, and/or emergencies

Coordinating and leading the rehearsal for up to 1 full hour

BONUS: To help you in the planning process, you will be provided with access to an editable Master Timeline, a full month-by-month Complete Wedding Planning Checklist, and up to 3 self-initiated touch points, if needed.

This package includes one phone and/or video call roughly 2-3 weeks out, allowing Amber + Oak Coordinating to get fully aligned with all details already planned and prepared for execution.

Includes all details of the Day-Of Coordinator Package as well as 30 days prior to the wedding, Amber + Oak Coordinating will:

This also includes one in-person Alignment Meeting roughly 6-8 weeks out, allowing Amber + Oak Coordinating to get fully aligned and take the reins as we approach the wedding countdown.

MONTHLY CHECK-INS | $125 (per month)
This additional service is for the couple who is planning for their wedding at least 4+ months in advance. Scheduled monthly check-ins provide great accountability for the couple who wants to ensure they are booking and planning all details at the right pace throughout their engagement. During each scheduled check-in, we will walk through Amber + Oak’s Complete Wedding Planning Checklist a bit more thoroughly, creating deadlines, confirming open details, etc. This additional service (one 90 minute check-in per month) will set us up for further connection and success as we move toward the final month countdown.
